Their website and App are just too easy in comparison to other's I've used.
I too, couldn't quit them, LOL! I wouldn't have a CC managed by FIA under any circumstances, though. I've tried changing deposits at work but just can't pull the trigger and fully transition over to USAA.

Right there with you. It's crazy

They even have a portfolio thingy that allows seeing all your card balances, due dates, rewards, and quite possibly the kitchen sink! In one place!!

Yeah but USAA has similar except for I think the due dates / rewards (I personally don't care about either), and I think Mint, Amex, others have like products too. The only trouble I had with the USAA one was adding the Amex pre-paid, but I can pull those transactions in easily via the checking account debit, and just mark it under my slush fund budget since my food comes out of that one anyway.
Think I'm just lazy regarding my checking account is what it comes down to, though FIA has done mostly right by me with their secured cards over time: the only issue I had with them was clearly my fault.
I personally am very happy with PNC Bank, although they are not yet available nationwide. I think they are like the 4th biggest bank or something, but so far have not felt that way as a customer. They have a great account system called Virtual Wallet. I'm sure I sound like their marketing team, but I just really love it. They have a free option and a premium option (which I get for free due to having a minimum amount of monthly direct deposit). Anyway, the Virtual Wallet system allows me to easily manage bills, and even have my calendar show when future automatic payments (even those set up thruogh the company I am paying, not PNC) so I can quickly and easily look at my financial situation. This has allowed me to do much better with knowing my balance for the long term and not forget about prescheduled bills, and ultimately prevent overdrafts, a problem of mine in the past.
I really want to join a CU. My wife and I are actually both opening savings accounts (and hopefully a car loan and CC) from PSECU. I just can't bring myself to make the full switch for checking as well. PNC has an ATM on every block here in Pittsburgh and branches everywhere, not to mention a good online banking system, the Virtual Wallet I like, and an Android app. I just don't want to lose all that. I think I will stick with having both them and the CU for a while and go from there.
So yeah, sorry for my tangent, but obviously, I recommend PNC.
