I was declined a credit card from Walmart tuesday and my EQ score jumped
up 11 points from 608 - 619 because of the inqiury, If I had known it was gonna
be this easy I would have just done that all along...
one of the reasons I was declined is that I have no new tradelines in years
is this possibly a good sign even though I am paying off all the old baddies
and Liens...?
I applied for a Discover card a few days ago and my score jumped 4 points for the same reason 
Only problem is that they have to review my app. and they will let me know if I'm approved or not within 30 days.

I was refused on tuesday and had applied on sunday and today the score go's up
I guess if I was approved my scores would have gone down...
