I contacted a CA regarding a medical bill of $40, and I found that the last 4 of ss# and DOB are not matching to mine! but the address they have is one that I used to live when they reported me to CRA. I told them that I never received statements and I don't even know if I owe them any.. and asked them to delete it immediately because the info doesn't match mine... They asked me to send them a compy of my CR???? I refused and I disputed it with the CRA as not mine...
Should I send CA any other documents reflecting last 4 of my SS and my DOB.. or just wait for dispute result?
