CA in violation! I can MOV ask CRA nice or DISPUTE ? HELP PLEASE

Palidades reported to CRAs after signing DV....They then reported to EQ. EQ is showing as 2 baddies. 

 I received a SW alert & it said date 7/28......I would like to get this in writting from CRA. I will need it for lawsuit. The date it was reported does not show on CR.

EX shows the date 7/23 on my CR.

I do not want the second listing to disappear until I have the date in writting.

does this make any sense to anyone??

I have palisades on my report also. I sent a letter should I expect to see  them add another to my report also?
