First, I am new to the site - love it and on a mission to fix everything!
I need some clarification on CA's pulling my credit reports. Are they allowed or no? I have read conflicting things.
I think I have a junk dealer stalking me. I have two things coming to SQL (6 yrs in MI). Pulled my reports -contested to TU. TU responded basically -it ain't no big thing and is not going to do anything about. I am concerned because I am looking at refinancing from ARM to fixed.
I also read somewhere that pulling a report could pull out a hidden skip trace. Never heard of that -but makes sense as this injuiry came 1 day after a mortgage group did a hard pull.
Any thoughts -ideas?
