CA keeps calling after pmt?

I PIF a CA called DRS in mid-Feb. They just called tonight w/ a message to call tomorrow.. blah blah.

They even allowed themselves to be deleted from my CR after pmt, so how can they still have my info on file? How can they keep calling after my acc't is paid, and deleted?

SHould I send a cease & desist letter??

They might be calling on another debt.

Called today.... they are STILL calling in reference to my paid account. Despite it being PIF. And removed from my CRs.

They're saying it's not showing in their system because it wasn't processed until more than 5 days after it was posted. Whatever. Not my problem! They got their money & they're not on my CRs so I'll just hold on to the letter from my bank confirming pmt.

And of course I told them not to call this # again, since it's my cell phone...
