I disputed a couple of things on TU. One was that they had my bankruptcy listed twice and the other was a Cap1 IIB that was still reporting a balance. I disputed that they should be a $0 balance since my BK was discharged.
I got a letter back from TU stating that they are investigating and asking me to send discharge letter and list of creditors included. Should I do this? I have read on this forum that when you send your BK papers to the CB, things end up worse than when you started, more errors.
Any help would be appreciated.
