Im starting to go over my reports with a fine tooth comb and noticing some aren't accurate with the cl amount and one doesn't even post one. Are there guidelines for this, some report and some don't? Do I reach out to the individual cc companies via snail mail? I'm sure this is affecting my utilization.

Aka an NPSL credit card. People tend to conflate NPSL with charge cards but there are NPSL credit cards as well.
I would begin by making an informal call to the creditor, asking what they are reporting.
Commercail credit reports often fail to include reported information. I would first determine what the creditor is actually reporting.
The vast majority of lenders report limits these days; BOFA was one of the last holdouts and even they switched like 3 years ago.
Which lenders and particular products aren't reporting the limits?
