CCCU Update - Accepted with a BK & 642 Experian

I asked for 5k but got a counter-offer for 1k. I took it. It took 9 days and I got an email from the Assistant Vice President at the Lending Center.
Scanned the app he sent me and scanned my power bill and sent them via email in pdf format. That's all he asked for.

I finally have a non-starter card! yay! :smileyvery-happy:

Congrats.  You are on the way!!!!!!
The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid

Bruiser,
Did you have to open a savings or checking with them? And was that 9 days the original time it took or was this a re-consider?

Re: CCCU Update - Accepted with a BK & 642 Experian

he hasn't asked me to open a checking or savings account with them
i assume i become a member once i get the card and activate it

it was 9 days since i applied online and recieved an offer
first response i got from someone besides over the phone and how it's taking them longer than usual
it was not a re-consider

my amex delta is still pending its recon by letter, i'm not expecting anything on that
