I sent a PFD letter to "FIRST RESOLUTIONS" (who bought my delinquent account from Chase Bank) and they declined my PFD request.  They sent me a letter stating my current balance and to accept the validity of this debt.
Should I send another PFD letter until I get them to agree for PFD or sent the letter to the original creditor, Chase, for deletion?
