CLI on Citibank Checking Plus?

Anyone have experience with CLIs on the Checking Plus (bank LOC) product? 

I've had a $1k Checking Plus line for over five years, wondering if it's worth trying to get it increased. I'm hoping to either close or increase a couple of 1k or smaller accounts. I haven't had much love from the credit card side lately but maybe the bank side will be more helpful.

Hey- I have, I asked them to double it (it was 5k) and they added 500. I think they denied me on the phone and then it suddenly appeared, no explanation.
