I just got it deleted!
I went to the local Knology office (OC). After an hour an a half of telling them that I never lived at the address they were reporting the bill for, I started to get somewhere. I got a copy of the file removal from them. Apparently, all they have to do is log on to the CMI website and withdraw the account. They are even sending me an apology letter, how sweet! haha. Oh, FYI- Knology merged accouting systems a few years back and LOST A LOT OF INFO. Their records show my cable was disconnected 6 months before I even moved (it wasn't!) So if anyone is having trouble with CMI from Knology, maybe try and go to the office and fight for it. Good luck! YAY! One less...
