You can try email.. I pretty sure EX uses firstname.lastname@experian.com as their email format.

Skip those. Both just bounced. Guess Experian is going the extra mile to ensure they are completely unresponsive to calls, Email and letters. Either that or the new Email addresses ending in @google.com aren't yet working and the old ones ain't forwarding. [No truth reported in the news, yet, I don't think.]

How about a CMRRR to Lundy?  Might that get a response?

I would just send it CMRRR to no one in particular.

Just an FYI - Ford finally cleared this up with EX today!  My report shows Paid/Closed/Chargeoff, but all repo comments have been removed!!!

Diligence pays off.  I get mine from my father - we always called it stubbornness.

I submitted a letter to Experian a couple weeks ago from Ford Motor Credit that explicitly stated that they were requesting all Repossession comments to be removed from my credit file, as part of a settlement offer I made with them.  Imagine my surprise today to get a letter from EXP today stating that the documentation I submitted was not sufficient for them to change their reporting!

A letter from Ford saying, DO THIS - in writing!

What's not sufficient?  Is this legal?

Don't worry about that. I've had the same response from Experian. They're going to contact Ford themselves and get the info from Ford directly. The need to verify the letter's authenticity.

Re: CRA Refuses to Honor Written Letter from Creditor!

Believe it or not, Experian has removed all the derogatory comments from my repo Ford account, so it's not even posting as a Charge-Off with any late pay history, so now it looks like an account that was closed and paid in full with no late pay history!!!
