So there is about 1 week left for the DV/OC replies.
Can anyone point me to a strong letter for CRAs to request/demand the removal?
I'd like one that is strong, only because i anticipate the CRAs will say either;
1) This was already disputed and 'verified'
2) We will contact the CA/OC to get verification
Either way I'll be right where I started.
Would including some 'MOV' help or just give them time to delay, e.g.
If you are going to claim that this was already verified by your agency even though the CA will not supply information to me as required by law abc, then I demand to see what information you used to verify this information. If it is not complete documentation and neither you nor the CA can verify that this indeed my debt and that the accounts, balances and dates are mine, by law xyz you are required to remove this.
Etc.
