Ultimately reports are generated and provided by the CRAs and therefore its most accurate from them (I don't mean correct accurate but as in EQ report from EQ is always more authentic than EQ from anyone else interpreting it) and with any interpretation and or exchange of hand, there is bound to be some differences. So the source of the information, wrong or right, will always be more authentic of a report. Hope that helps.
