CSC credit dispute help

I disputed some dates with CSC credit who runs the dispute section in my state (WI) for Ex or Eq,sorry I forgot,and one collection I disputed which was paid off in 2006 came back with a 120 late for Jan. 2008. What should I do? That late costed me 21 points! Any help would be great and if I misspelled anything sorry I am typing this out on my phone.
