Can someone advise as to how I might go about disputing what has been reported? My problem is with Ford ... they are reporting that an account was 30 days late 13 times (payments off by 1 month)and that they turned it over to collections prior to it being payed off. I have tried all the easiest options - Dispute & Good Will. Now I want to know if it is possible for me to require some proof that these claims are accurate?
