I've noticed an entry on my CR from Asset Acceptance ( a JDB ). However, when I tried to VALIDATE the debt they have done nothing. They refer me to another CA (True Logic). Seeing as Asset is NOT the OC are they not required to validate according to FDCPA? Asset is showing on my CR not True Logic? Any thoughts on this?
