I always seem to have this problem. I have tried resetting the PW, but it doesn't make any difference. I always get some kind of error message, like:
Click here and we'll help you access your account.
or else I get this message:
Unfortunately, your request cannot be fulfilled online at this time.
What to do:
Does anyone else have a problem w/TU's website? Any suggestions as to how I can make it work. It seems like I always have to call them during business hours and put in my request with an operator.

I don't think I logged in in over 2 years, but if I had that, I'd try clearing out your computer's cache. Maybe there's some sort of cookie producing the same answer each time.
