I have heard that only the original grantor of credit can do a hard pull based on some court decision regarding a Ms. Pintos. If you find that a CA has done a hard pull do you think it would be wise to use as ammo and I think this is why NCO financial has been so liberal in deleting items now. I had a hard pull from them last year. I did a dispute through the CRA and it was deleted in a week.
