Hello Everyone,
I recently Disputed an old Cap One account from 2003 that showed as a charge off and a 149 balance. At that time there was not any payment information listed. I checked my credit report with
True Credit and the account has been listed as paid with and closed by customer and there is no balance.
But now Cap 1 is listing 1 30 day late 1 60 day late and 3 120 day lates!!!!! This pulled my FAKO down 20 points with TU.
Should I dispute the late payments or just be happy that I was able to get something on the acount changed?
