Cap 1 reporting to CB question

Hi everyone,
I've read that it takes 2 mos for Cap1 to start reporting a new card. When it finally does, does it backdate for the past 2 months? or does it look like you got a card in May when you really have had it since March?

Mine and hubby's cap1 cards all report from opening after they started reporting

Sweet! Thanks! Glad they do back-report. I was hoping they'd report quicker than 2 statements, but I guess that's probably normal. I'm just impatient, haha.

It might, just looked at 2 of my cards, got them 1/8, first statement cut 2/6, reported 2/9.

The age of an account for scoring purposes is based on the Open date of the account, not the date of any first reporting.

So, yes, for scorng purposes, it will "back date" to the Date Opened.
