Someone at Cap 1 has the ability to help. The challenge is to find that person. You said in your original post you have until April 22.

A suggestion. Go to Google Finance and input Capitol One's stock symbol, (COF). At the bottom of the page you will find the officers of the company. Write each one and state your case. Instead of a bottom up strategy try a top down. Maybe you will find someone in a good mood because it's his birthday or his Enzyte finally kicked in or something. The point is don't give up. Make it a daily campaign to talk to someone different every day until you find the person who will help. Start with Robert. Roger.(Freudian slip?) Simply explain to him that while you appreciate his efforts, they simply aren't producing the necessary results. Ask politely to elevate your request to the next level. Climb a new rung in the ladder every day. Take names. Keep notes.
