I would appreciate it if someone could send me Capital Ones EO info please.
I am going to fire off a short email and request that their triple threat of inquiries be removed from my credit reports.
Short version of what happened : I was reevaluating my credit card spending after I hit "black" status with cabala's, I have ran $29,000 through their card this year. During my research I found that capital ones quicksilver may be a better fit, rewards wise for the amount I run through the cards. So, while on their website researching their card it said it requires "excellent" credit, which it describes as already having established credit lines and no BKs, charge offs etc. I have flawless credit ( almost 
), all my lines are 10-15000 BUT I have a 9.5 year old BK showing on 2 of my 3 reports, only negative, good scores and good AAoA and utility.
After reading what they consider excellent I decide not to app for 6 months and wait for my BK to fall off. Before I exit the page a "application specialist" opens a chat window with my and asks if I am considering applying and need assistance. I tell him I was going to but was going to wait based on the requirements for the card and that I have a 9.5 year old BK and ill let it age off first. He asks about my other credit profile, I tell him and tell him my other lines, scores etc. He then tells me that I should apply because they do not factor in BKs over 7 years old, so per his advice I app and low and behold I get a denial letter in the mail...single reason for denial... my 9.5 year old BK 
So, I would like to fire off a email requesting the removal. Its not a huge deal if they don't but it irks me that I was informed to app only to be given mis information that changed me from deciding not to app.. to app
