Hi everyone. Has anyone been sued by Capital One, with Javitch, Block & Rothbone representing them? (Capital One is the OC and still owns the debt, of less than $700 @@) If so, can you please list your experience? I still have to answer the summons. I don't even know if this debt is mine or not. They sent a copy of a statement that doesn't list any accounting for this account. Just shows a late fee and an overlimit fee. Ugh! If I request discoveries from Capital One, how likely are they to produce the documents? I thought this account was paid off and I haven't received any statements in a long time. SOL has not passed. HELP!!
