Are you talking about the standard account review where they just soft pull to take a look at things? Of so, no, it isn't the same as it is with Navy. With Navy it means it's time to jump on a CLI. With Cap One it has no bearing one way or another.

Yes Captool, thats exactly what Im talking about, the CLI when Navy does an AR.  THanks for a helpful reply.
