Cct and experian ct simulators not working

It's not really a big deal as I'm almost done rebuilding now, but I am a bit curious as to why those simulators dont work.  I get a message of no data available.  Have tried via app and website.  Experian app gives an error in the simulator box.  Anyone know why?  I have 6 revolvers, 2 of which are au accounts, 1 student loan, credit length (because of one au) is 2.2 years.  My revolvers are only from august of this year and onward.  Ficos are 629 eq, 723 ex, 752 tu.

The CCT simulator is working for me on my computer at home. Haven't checked mobile but I'll assume it's working there as well.

I'll assume everything you listed is listed on your reports as well?

Strange. Site on computer doesnt work for me. I cancelled cct this month for ect but that shouldn't matter as the sim never worked before anyway.
