Charge off account deleted from credit report

I recently paid a charge off account.  The original creditor was reporting the account.  Its now deleted from my credit report.  Does the FCRA prohibit it from being  added back to my credit report?  I was looking for the answer online and can't find it.  Thanks

Re: Charge off account deleted from credit report

I think the FCRA places limitations on items being re-reported after being removed by a dispute. In that case, creditors have a few days (5?) to notify you that they are going to report once again. However, a creditor removing an account on their own accord can be re-added without notification.

After charged off deleted my EQ score went from 696 to 731.   I'm waiting on some things I disputed with TU and EX before I get those scores.  I am excited about having decent credit again after cosigning a car loan in 2001.
