Citibank PDF

Anyone tried a PDF letter with Citibank for a CC? If so, what luck did you have? Details greatly appreciated!

I never did a PFD with Citi, however, they are generally easy to work with. I got my apr lowered and they did remove a late payment once. Write them you have everything to gain.

I did and got a response this week that my 1 30 day late payment 3 years ago was correct.  Therefore, the GW was denied.  I sent them another letter the same day.  I got the same response from BOA, but on the plus side I got my lates removed from Sears and Discover.
