On my TransUnion CR there is a civil judgement. I do not recognize it. It says plaintiff-Platinum Financial Ser. and gives me a reference number. How do I go about resolving this issue.

IF IT DOES THEN TRY TO CONTACT THEM,AND RESOLVE IT .

IF NOT THEN CHECK ON YOUR CR WHERE & WHEN THIS CLAIM IT WAS FILE ,AND TRY TO GET THE ADDRESS OF THE PLAINTIFF .
