Closed Account

HC Processing gave me $2000 credit limit to buy my bowflex. After having the bowflex, they closed it and told me that I CAN CONTINUE PAYING but cannot purchase any other account.

Now I have a 1900$ balance in good standing, but dont know how this will affect my credit rating. I have seen that it was reported as "Closed by Credit Grantor".

HOw will this impact my score?

Re: Closed Account

The closed by credit grantor mark does not have any impact on your credit scores. A closed revolving line reporting a balance might have an impact on your score, however. The CL will not be included in your total available credit, but the balance will factor in your util calculations. So, if your util goes out of whack, your scores will take a hit depending on how high your util increases.
