Closed by Credit Grantor v.s. ????

Have an account listed as closed by credit grantor affect score? I have an account that lists like this but I think it should show closed by me not the grantor. Should I worry about this?

Comparing only closed by grantor to closed by consumer... it really only matters on a manual review when someone can see it.
 
I would not 'worry' about it but I would try to have it fixed sure.  Is this an error?

Did it turn into a charge off?   Usually when closed by grantor that means something went bad
