Any one with any advice please help. Here is the situation, Ok so they froze 2 of my husbands accounts, and we settled one. They can't get cap one to send anything to verify the second account. What should our next step be. Is there a letter I need to send them. It's been over 45 days now. Don't they have to produce or go away. He isnt sure, but believes this is a fraudulent account. Opened b-f my time, so I can't even validate it. Any help is always appreciated.
