First time user...
I have an Collection Account on my CR. The collection agency is located in Florida, I live in Utah. Where by law you need to be bonded. The apartment complex had this company try recover their money. I was never notified of any collection for one, or that I owed any money. My issue now is I discovered that this CA was NOT bonded in Utah at the time. They now are, but when they received my account in 2004 and reported to ALL three CRA, they were not.
