Collection Posting Every Month

I have an old Utility Bill that is 2 years old for $109.00 that every month is updating and saying COLLECTIONS/BAD DEBT. I have tried several PDF's. I know this is hurting my score because they are updating every month. Should I pay this?

Try contacting the OC. Sent the OC a PFD.

I sent it 5 times, everytime offering Payment in FULL. The debt is not with a collection agency, the Utility Company is listing as COLLECTION STATUS every month

So it is listed on your report under "Other" section and not Collections.
