Hello, I had another collection question. One of my collections is PIF. It is now listed as $0. If I remembered correctly, the customer service rep had said it would NOT be on my credit report. However, it is and I called the original creditor(ATT) and they have absolutely no record of it. How would I proceed now? Dispute as "not mine" knowing that they cannot verify? Or would the credit bureaus simply call the collection agency (Midland credit) which are saying that they cannot do a thing about it..
