Do I need to be concerned about the large drop in FAKO score?  How does that affect me?

FAKO or not... if it fluctuated there probably was something that changed on your reports.

I have been trying to figure out how this collection suddenly came back on my CR.  The original creditor for this collection is MBNA.  I recently applied and was outright denied for a BofA CC because of a previous default with BofA.  Now I find out that MBNA and BofA are pretty much the same company.  How stupid do I feel for applying for that card?
 
Does this mean I am banned from BofA forever?
