They are required by FDCPA to send you a "dunning" letter that identifies them, the alleged debt and amount along with the OC and allows you 30 days to dispute the debt. If they do not send you a letter AND report to your CRAs soon, you have a case against them. Do what the moderator says and wait to find out which CA it is first. The CA when reporting on a CRA should list their address of operation at least. Not all list a telephone number, but most CAs do to get people to call and pay or divulge more info over the phone. DO NOT CALL a CA. All correspondances should be in writing CMRRR. Best of luck with this agency once you find out who they are. :-)
