Collection paid in 02 but reporting on CR

I have a collection reporting by one CRA for $21.  It was paid back in 02 when we bought our home.  I know that I should know this after reading the thousands of messages on here, but since it is me, I don't know how to go about it.  The other agencies report as paid.  I can't remember which one is reporting unpaid.  Do I DV the CA?

Unless you are trying to have it deleted, I would leave it alone. Getting them to update it will ding your scores. With the age, it may not be hurting much.

I think that too, but at the same time, I don't like that it says that I still owe on it, because I don't.

You can ask that they update to paid. They should have no problem doing so.
