Collections Questions

Hi, All,

I only recently discovered the forums and what a great help they are!!  Even though I am a detail oriented person, I'm going to try and make this as short as possible.  I currently have four collection/charge offs:

Gas - Opened 7/2003, Reported 5/2005, Paid Charge Off (reported by EQ and EX)
Electric - Reported 5/2005, Paid Collection (reported by EQ)
CA for Apt Complex - Opened 9/2001, Reported 6/2002, Paid Collection (reported by TU)
CA for Book Club - Opened 11/2005, Reported 8/2006 (currently reported by TU)

A note on the book club - ONLY reported to EX; negotiated to have collection removed from file once paid.  It was removed from EX, but somehow, TU picked it up.  I've received a letter from the CA for the book club to send to TU.

My question is, when can I expect the collections to fall off my reports?  Will it be 7 yrs from the date opened or reported?  Will my score increase once they come off?

Current FAKO scores:

660 - TU
685 - EX
662 - EQ (FICO Score 654)

Thanks in advance for any and all help.
