Collections account

Hello!

I'm new on this forum and I need some clarification on an account that went to collections but I paid the entire amount; is there anyway I can get that deragatory account off my Credit report; if so I need to know how to do it step by step.

Hi Meann and welcome. There are many threads that will give you info. on just about everything. I will give you links that are loaded with info!!  ask as many questions as you need anytime.

After something is paid & it wasn't with a PFD all you can do is send a GW letter. This can be found on the freq.requested thread.
