Gather up everything you have on this, including but not limited to printed copies of your CRs, letter stating fraud, copies of investigation results from the CRAs, all letters from the CA, anything you received from the court.
Then talk to a lawyer. Look on naca.net or myfaircredit.com
Find one near you, give 'em a call. Try to have about a 30 second blurb ready to spit out. Have more details in a longer 1 to 2 minute blurb. You might get a legal secretary, might get a paralegal, might luck out and get a lawyer.
That letter from the CRA stating fraud, IMHO, is a "smoking gun" the lawyer is gonna wanna see.
