I sent a DV to Midland and received a letter today that they have marked the account as "disputed" with the CRAs. So they obviously mistook my DV for a dispute. Do I need to re-send a DV for the whole 30-day validation timeframe, or will I be able to send what I have (the dispute letter) to the CRAs to have the account removed if I don't hear anything further from them?
