Consumer Finance Account brining down my score

I recently disputed a late on an old (2008) HSBC Motorcycle Loan.  When they verified, they changed their creditor name to Capital One, who bought HSBC or the loan since the loan has been closed...  Now I'm getting a ding in my score because it shows a Consumer Finance Account.  At the time, I applied for and got a conventional loan.  How would I go about disputing this?  If it is from 2008, is it having any effect?

Thanks, Dave

I wouldn't worry about it ~ the FICO score hit for this is fairly minimal and shouldn't have a big impact.
