Ok...that would be fine except that...the address they show as current, that was my previous & their listing for previous is my current. If I dispute the address, the ONLY option they give you is : This is incorrect, I never lived at this address. Which is a lie. GRRRRRR!! ![]()

You will need an Experioan credit report number to get through, if you have already done a dispute then you should have a credit report number. Choose dispute, then live person.I don't have a dipute nor need to make one so I cna't get a report number that way. I get reports all the time but they don't have report numbers on them from Experian Credit Check Premium. So, I purchased one from the recording so that I could get a report #. It did not give me a report number; it only gave me a conf # for purchasing something i already have and didn't need to buy, and said it would mail it to me. What good does that do?? It doesn't even let you choose fax/mail etc. I need the report number so that i could continue my call to a live person, so basically they are charging us this fee to talk to them. Anyone know how to get through? All I want are the drop dates since the reports I pay insane monthly fees for don't include this info. I want to cancel my report purchase since it didn't give me what I paid for but it would probably end up on my credit report. lol

Yet five years later it's still impossible to get a hold of a human being at Experian without a report number in hand!
