good point. I think I don't get offers that often because I have fraud alerts with the CRA's and that is supposed to halt unsolicited mail offers.

That being said I got that crappy $30,000 pre-approved car loan offer from capital one today. You are right though--a car is one of the worst investments you can make. you might as well take your money and throw it into a fire
