Under the statute, the CRA has 30 days from date of dispute to conclude their reinvestigation.
They then have an additionaly 5 business days to mail their Notice of Results of Reinvestigtion to the consmer, which with possible intevening weekend and a hoiday could be up to 8 days. Thirty days to 8 days plus mailing time could resutl in 40 days or more before it hits your mailbox.
I would give at least 45 days before asserting any non-complaince on their part.
