Thank you. That answers that. A year or so ago I added another Amex account and it was around the same time that I saw my on-time payment percentage drop another percent. I have never been able to figure out why that happened.
It's been on the rise again, but like I said, CK calculates it as 97% and I have no lates in last 4 years, so I'm not sure how to square that with them only showing 2 years worth of payment history.
