I think they only refresh the scores monthly but any new info posted on any three of your reports would be posted immediately. I just signed up for it today.

Sweet deal!

WAIT a second guys.

At the beginning of the sign-up, it mentions $4.95/mo

At the end AFTER you've paid, it tells you $1 for the first month and then $12.95/mo thereafter.

Cancelling...

I was charged $4.95. I logged into online banking and checked Smiley Happy

Re: Credit Monitoring

Does anyone know how to refresh the reports from Citi if that's possible?

Re: Credit Monitoring

I think it only refreshes once a month. I just started using the service and I think their credit monitoring service sucks. I recently applied for Discover and it didn't even alert me of a new HP yet.

[edit]

I actually got the alert about an hour I posted this and Discover pulled EQ lol

Re: Credit Monitoring

Pay with credit card. If they charge you above the promised rate, dispute the charge. Done.

Re: Credit Monitoring

Anyone know if it would alert balance changes, limit increases, etc immediately? I use score watch and like it but I need an update today and I know it tends to be slow for some.

Re: Credit Monitoring

USAA's CMS has been good so far. Although some of their tabs are redudant. I really like their monthly statement which has a snapshot of your credit profile (Utilization, # of accounts, DTI ratio, etc).
