I can't seem to find the info for Mint but I wouldn't assume the score to be a FICO. The details on the score are probably somewhere on the Mint site or you could contact them to determine the scoring model used.
As for CK and CS -- it's your call. It wouldn't hurt since CK uses TU data and CS uses Experian data.
